Position Summary:
As an Injector at LexRX, you will play a key role in providing non-surgical aesthetic services to clients. You will be responsible for performing injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic procedures under the supervision of a medical director. Your expertise, attention to detail, and ability to create a positive client experience will contribute to the clinic's reputation as a leader in the aesthetics industry.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Injectable Treatments: Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables safely and effectively according to patient needs, ensuring optimal results and client satisfaction.
  • Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their aesthetic goals, recommend appropriate treatments, and explain procedures, risks, and benefits.
  • Patient Education: Educate clients on post-treatment care, expectations, and potential side effects, providing clear and supportive communication.
  • Client Safety: Maintain strict adherence to infection control practices, ensuring a sterile environment and patient safety during treatments.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document patient information, treatment details, and progress notes in compliance with clinic protocols and regulations.
  • Follow-Up Care: Monitor patients' progress post-treatment, address any concerns, and offer additional guidance or treatments as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other medical professionals, including physicians and aestheticians, to ensure comprehensive care and excellent results for clients.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Occasionally assist in promoting treatments or participating in promotional events to help grow the clinic's client base.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN): Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
  • Aesthetic Experience: Proven experience performing injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic services (minimum of 2 years preferred).
  • Certification: Certification in injectable treatments (e.g., Botox and dermal filler certification) is required. Additional certifications in advanced aesthetic procedures are a plus.
  • Knowledgeable: In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetic injectables, and client safety standards.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring precise and effective treatment administration.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
