Receptionist

We're looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the face of our dealership. In this role, you'll greet customers, answer incoming calls, assist with administrative tasks, and help keep daily office operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers by providing general dealership information and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and dealership correspondence.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Support the Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting departments with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Monitor customer traffic and communicate effectively with dealership staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
  • Full-time benefits 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or dealership experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance with a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic office technology, including Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
