THE ROLE

The Marketing Manager will leadrevenue focused,strategic planning and execution acrossmultiplelines of businesswithinthearena division.Responsibilities span digital and traditional marketing,externalcommunications, creativeoversight, partner integration, and high-level project managementwhile ensuring all strategies consistently align with the Legends Global Marketing Network standards of excellence.

This positionoperateswithin a collaborative dual reporting structure - reporting directly to the venue Regional General Manager whilemaintaininga strategic connection upward through the Legends Global Marketing Network.Responsibilitiesmayshift dynamicallythrough technology and AI integrations.

ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Touring Event Marketing

• Regularly review ticket sales metrics and apply marketing tacticsto drive awareness and sales as needed.

• Collaborate withpromotersto leadvenuemarketingsupport,planning and timeline managementfor all touringevents.

• Initiate and execute digital marketing efforts for large-scale campaigns,drivingticketsales,and maximizing event awareness.

• Serve asa cross-functional connector withvenuestakeholders (general manager,booking, box office),Legends Global Home Office,client administrator, tenants,etc.

Lines of Business& Revenue Generation

• Collaborate with venue salesteamandLegends Global Home Officeto develop and implement premiumseatingand private event specific revenue-generating marketing campaigns.

• Utilize data and CRM platforms to build targeted marketing campaignsthatincrease ticket conversions and repeatguestvisitation.

• Manage in-venue digital and static assets to maximize ancillary revenues.

Paid /Traditional Media

• Own strategy and execution of paid media across all channels.

• Understand, review, and measure all campaigns against revenue-focused KPIs.

• Work directly with media partners forvalue-addopportunities and execution support.

• Own the indirect marketing budget ensuringappropriate resourcesareallocatedto drive revenue opportunities.

Social & DigitalMarketing

• Overseevenuecalendar andcontentposting cadence.

• Developstrategyand leadteamexecution,including competitive analysis, data reporting, and platform updates.

• Oversee social listening andmetricsevaluationinSproutSocial.

• Maintain andoptimizeall owned digital assets (website, socials)to ensure a frictionless path to purchase.

Media Relations& Creative Oversight

• Directs the public relations image of the facility.

• Establishes andmaintainsrelationships with media, industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.

• Acts as facility spokesperson and liaison with thegeneral public.

• Assign or create all creative content anddesignateworkloadby bandwidth and revenue-focus forallabove items.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalentin marketing or related field

• 5-8 years of marketing experience

• Previousexperiencein entertainmentand/or venue marketingpreferred

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communication with C-level clients

• Professional verbal and written communication skills

• Candidatesshouldpossessexcellent time management, strong work ethic,and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word,Exceland PowerPoint

• Practice safe work habits, follow all safetypolicies and proceduresand regulations, complete company-wide safetytrainingand anyadditionaljob specific safety training.

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000commensuratewith experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
