Compensation: $50,000 – $85,000+ annually (based on hours worked, experience, and performance)

20hrs- 30hrs/week

The Role
We’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated servers to join our high-energy service team. As part of the Islander 71 family, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
