In this role, you will help create the best experience for our customers at Your Boat Club while supporting daily marina operations and reporting directly to the Location Manager. This individual will serve as a leader among the dock team while also taking on specialized responsibilities related to boat and pontoon deliveries, transport operations, and launching services. • Coordinate and complete boat and pontoon deliveries and transports.
  • Safely operate tractors and related equipment for moving, launching, and retrieving boats.

  • Ensure boats are clean, maintained, and prepared for customer use, including covering/uncovering boats.
  • Carry customer gear to and from boats.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, renters, and guests.
  • Fuel boats and assist with general dock operations.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Listen to and help resolve member or rental customer issues and concerns as they arise.
  • Support end-of-season tasks, including power washing and winterization preparation.
  • Other duties as assigned, with the ability to advance!

  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record.
  • Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience operating boats, pontoons, trailers, tractors, or similar equipment strongly preferred.

  • Reliable attendance, proper work uniform, and effective communication with the Location Manager.
  • Knowledge of the area/body of water is a plus.
