YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Supporting theDepartment Manager in leading the team and ensuring strong performance throughclose collaboration
  
• Overseeing cashaccounting tasks, including the processing and recording of daily proceeds, andassisting with checkout operations as needed
  
• Managingadministrative onboarding processes, including access card distribution andcoordination of security training
  
• Providingadministrative support to the Department Manager, including maintainingpersonnel records and preparing reports
  
• Handling andresolving customer complaints to ensure a smooth and positive shoppingexperience

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have at least 1year of management experience in retail, ideally with some responsibilities instore administration or financial operations
  
• You're organized andanalytical, comfortable working with numbers to keep things on track
  
• You truly care aboutdelivering great service and creating positive experiences for customers
  
• You're committed,proactive, and ready to jump in and get things done
  
• You speak Englishconfidently - German skills are a plus but not required
