We're hiring summer camp staff to join our team at 4 amazing resident camps! Roles include program instructors, wranglers, lifeguards, kitchen staff, medics, and more. Whether you're new to Scouting or a seasoned camper, if you love the outdoors and working with youth, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead or support fun, outdoor activities for youth ages 5–9 or 11-17

  • Be a positive role model and team player

  • Help create a safe, welcoming, and memorable camp experience

  • Live and work on-site (housing provided)

Requirements:
  • Must be 16+ by the start of camp

  • Enjoy working outdoors and with kids

  • Available for the full summer season

  • Training and certifications provided

  • No prior Scouting experience needed
