This role owns third-party channel offer strategy, leads sports acquisition across live content partnerships, and drives the end-to-end offers roadmap holistically. This is an individual contributor role with direct accountability for partner offer performance against plan and the offer architecture underpinning Apple TV's most complex distribution relationships.

Description

This role owns the end-to-end offers strategy across BD and third-party channels, from roadmap design to execution, while leading sports acquisition efforts across Apple TV+ O&O surfaces and partnerships like Peacock, Friday Night Baseball, Formula 1, and MLS. You'll also drive weekly performance tracking against forecast, flagging risk and reporting to leadership, and continuously optimize partner KPIs like trial conversion, retention, and plan mix in close partnership with Analytics, Finance, and Partner Ops/Marketing.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years in subscription strategy, business development, or growth in a consumer technology, media, or streaming environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning offer programs or channel strategies across third-party distribution partners
  • Strong analytical foundation — able to track KPIs, build business cases, and translate performance data into clear narratives for senior leadership
  • Proven cross-functional effectiveness across Biz Dev, Product, Engineering, and Finance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with live sports content strategy or sports-driven subscriber acquisition
  • Familiarity with subscription plan architectures including partner bundles, partner channels, hardware offers, and multi-product bundles
  • Background in subscription performance forecasting, variance analysis, or SKU mix strategy
  • Prior experience in a channel management or growth strategy role at a streaming, media, or consumer technology company
  • MBA preferred
Compensation & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,600 and $215,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
