Copper Canary is a fifth-generation Jeweler.  We have an exciting new store in Meridian, Idaho.  JUST VOTED COOLIST SOTRE IN AMERICA 2024 by Instore Magazine.  We specialize in Antique and Fine jewelry from the Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco and Retro eras.  Although we are known for our antique bridal selection of engagement rings and wedding bands dating back to the early 1800’s, our customers also know us for our creativity in re-imagining their family heirlooms into more wearable pieces for them to enjoy and eventually pass down.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, creative Bench Jeweler/Goldsmith with 10+ years’ experience, who takes what they do very seriously, conducts themselves professionally, and who is passionate about the art of making and restoring jewelry of all sorts.  The ideal candidate would possess experience with the following skills:

·         Hand Fabrication

·         Working with Platinum, Gold & Silver

·         All Types of Jewelry Repairs

·         Laser Welding

·         Diamond & Colored Stone Setting

·         Ability to make Gold & Platinum Stock for Repair and Custom Jobs

·         Have personal Hand Tools

·         Repair Antique Jewelry

·         Lapidary and Inlay a plus

Position is for full time work:  Tuesday through Saturday

Compensation will depend on your skills, experience, and expertise.
