What You’ll Do

  • Perform comprehensive speech-language and swallowing evaluations

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide therapy addressing speech, language, cognition, voice, and dysphagia

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes

  • Educate residents, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies

  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Wisconsin

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • Experience in skilled nursing or senior living settings preferred

  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
