Who We ArePrinceton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy services in a public school special education setting. We welcome candidates passionate about helping students succeed through speech and language support services. CF supervision is available and fully compliant with ASHA and state guidelinesYour Mission, SLPAs a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a Florida school-based, onsite setting, you’ll help students access learning by strengthening communication skills across the school day. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday for 35 hours/week in West Palm Beach.Key responsibilities include:- Evaluate and treat articulation, language, fluency, and voice needs- Plan and deliver therapy aligned to IEP services and timelines- Write clear, measurable IEP goals/objectives and monitor progress- Implement AAC devices and strategies when needed- Collaborate with families, teachers, and special education teams- Participate in and help lead IEP meetings- Complete documentation in IEP management software per ASHA, school, and state policiesRequired qualifications/skills:- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology- Active Florida SLP license or eligibility; CCC preferred- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsIf you’re ready to make school-based therapy services count where they matter most, apply today.A Day in the Life of a School-Based SLPYou arrive during typical school hours (think 8:00–3:00 energy), scan your schedule, and set up your space—maybe with an AAC device charged and ready.
