Our team handles an average of 14,000 calls per year, providing critical care with cutting-edge equipment in 12 fully equipped ambulances across Bartholomew, Brown, and surrounding counties.
In addition to competitive pay, we offer shift differentials, weekend premiums, and multi-year signing bonuses for full-time and part-time positions. Our Paramedics work 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) with flexible scheduling, ensuring no one is locked into the same shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Emergency Medical Care: Deliver high-quality emergency care, using advanced medical techniques and equipment.
  • Maintain Equipment & Workspace: Keep your equipment organized and your workspace clean, ensuring that everything is ready for each call.
  • Collaborate on Care Improvement: Work closely with your team and leadership to improve patient care outcomes and implement best practices.
Position Requirements:
  • Licensing & Certification: You must have an Indiana State Paramedic License or National Registry Paramedic Certification (or the ability to obtain an unrestricted state license within 30 days). You will also need to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) within 20 days of hire.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, talk, listen, and lift or move more than 100 pounds regularly.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, and you must meet the hospital's liability insurance carrier requirements.
