Job description

* * * Important : Please do not stop by without first securing an appointment with our recruiter. Reply to this ad ONLY please, to get in touch and send your resume, or portfolio, or whatever on-paper credentials can first prove your qualifications. Thank you!

Pay : $35.00 - $100.00 per hour DOE.

About Us : FBL is one of the leading online retailers of LED novelty and party supply products — think reusable light-up accessories, glow wands, flashing pins, holiday treats, and over 1,000 other products that make events unforgettable. We're a well-established e-commerce brand with a fun, high-energy culture and we're building out our live streaming presence on TikTok Live and Instagram Live.

The Role : We need a charismatic, energetic, and thick-skinned Live Stream Host to represent FBL on TikTok Live and Instagram Live from our Sun Valley studio (right on the border of Burbank). You'll be the face of our brand during live broadcasts — showcasing our products, engaging our audience, and driving sales in real time. Starting at 4–8 hours per week with real potential to grow.

What We Offer :

  • $35-100/hour based on experience.
  • Flexible part-time schedule.
  • Opportunity to grow with a fun, fast-moving e-commerce brand.
  • Work Location: In person, in Sun Valley, right next to the Burbank Airport.

What You'll Do :

  • Host live streams on TikTok Live and Instagram Live from our in-studio setup.
  • Demo and present FBL products in a fun, engaging, and sales-driven way.
  • Keep the energy high and the audience entertained throughout each broadcast.
  • Handle viewer comments and questions on camera confidently and positively.
  • Drive product sales through authentic, enthusiastic presentation.
  • Represent the FBL brand with consistency and professionalism.

What We're Looking For :

  • Fun, high-energy personality — you naturally light up a room (pun intended).
  • Resilient and thick-skinned — live streaming audiences can be tough and you don't rattle easily or take negativity personally.
  • Sales-minded — you know how to create excitement and urgency around a product without being pushy.
  • Live streaming or hosting experience preferred — TikTok Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live, QVC-style, TV presenting, or similar.
  • We'll consider the right personality over experience — if you're naturally charismatic, confident on camera, and have a genuine sales instinct, we want to hear from you.
  • Comfortable handling physical products on camera and working in a studio environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Live hosting experience highly preferred.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with LED, novelty, party, or event products.
  • Existing social media presence or streaming audience.

FBL is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
