Job description

JOIN US...

Upstairs, our clubhouse is dedicated to Intelligent Leisure, with three floors of dining, cultural programming, and spaces for our members to spend their free time intentionally and well. From our traditional sit-down restaurant to the vinyl listening room, there's a little something special for every personality. Down at Bedrock, the club's fitness and wellness destination, we've cultivated a hub of Physical Culture–two levels of premium gym facilities, aquatics, spa, and recovery experiences. Together, Moss and Bedrock create a holistic environment where members can move, restore, and connect in a refined, community-focused setting.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Event Producer who is passionate about creating experiences that people talk about long after the evening ends. This role is equal parts creative strategist, producer, and hospitality professional—someone who thrives on bringing people together through thoughtful programming, meticulous execution, and an instinct for what feels fresh, relevant, and unforgettable.

As Event Producer, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering a dynamic calendar of member experiences that reflect the energy, creativity, and sophistication of our club. From intimate dinners and thought-provoking conversations to live performances, wellness programming, cultural events, and unexpected collaborations, you'll produce experiences that strengthen our community and elevate our members' everyday lives.

  • You'll collaborate closely with Intelligent Leisure, Membership, Food & Beverage, Marketing, and Operations to ensure every event feels effortless, beautifully executed, and true to our brand.
  • Curate Exceptional Experiences
  • Work with Intelligent Leisure to develop and produce a year-round calendar of original programming that inspires connection, conversation, and community.
  • Identify emerging cultural trends, creative collaborators, and unique experiences that resonate with our membership.
  • Create concepts that feel elevated, relevant, and distinctly original.

Produce Flawless Events

  • Lead every stage of event production from ideation through execution and post-event analysis.
  • Create production timelines, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and operational briefs.
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Serve as the on-site producer, ensuring each event runs seamlessly and every guest experience feels intentional.

Build Meaningful Partnerships

  • Source and manage relationships with chefs, artists, musicians, speakers, wellness practitioners, designers, and premium event partners.
  • Negotiate vendor agreements and oversee budgets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Cultivate a network of creative talent that keeps programming fresh and relevant.

Champion the Member Experience

  • Build authentic relationships with members and develop a deep understanding of their interests.
  • Be present during events, anticipating needs and creating memorable touchpoints.
  • Gather insights and feedback to continually evolve the programming calendar.

Collaborate Across the Club

  • Work closely with Membership, Marketing, Culinary, and Operations teams to bring each experience to life.
  • Support event communications, guest lists, RSVP management, and promotional content.
  • Ensure every event reflects the club's aesthetic, values, and commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Who You Are

  • A natural producer with a passion for hospitality, culture, and community.
  • Highly organized without sacrificing creativity.
  • Calm under pressure and energized by fast-paced environments.
  • A thoughtful communicator who builds trust with members, colleagues, and partners alike.
  • Someone who notices the details that transform a good event into an unforgettable one.
  • Curious about what's next in food, design, music, art, wellness, and culture—and excited to translate those ideas into meaningful member experiences.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience producing events in luxury hospitality, private membership clubs, boutique hotels, lifestyle brands, experiential marketing, or cultural institutions.
  • Proven experience managing high-touch events from concept through execution.
  • Strong project management and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience working with premium vendors and creative talent.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as programming requires.
  • Tripleseat proficiency

What We Value

We believe remarkable hospitality begins with curiosity, generosity, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to detail. We look for individuals who are collaborative, entrepreneurial, and passionate about creating environments where people genuinely want to gather. If you're inspired by culture, energized by bringing ambitious ideas to life, and understand that the smallest details often create the biggest impact, we'd love to meet you.

Compensation
  • $75,000.00 - $85,000.00

Employee Benefits

  • Medical insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Pre-Tax Commuter benefits
  • Disability insurance
