Job Summary/Description:

We are looking for a creative, driven Digital Content Producer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure newsroom. You'll be at the forefront of breaking news, engaging storytelling, and audience interaction across all digital and social platforms.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Write, produce, present/publish content across digital, mobile, OTT, and social platforms with speed, accuracy, and creativity.
* Monitor and curate breaking news, developing stories, and live events—often simultaneously.
* Collaborate with the broadcast team to enhance storytelling across all screens.
* Optimize content with effective headlines, SEO, metadata, and visuals.
* Use real-time analytics and social trends to inform editorial decisions.
* Push out urgent alerts and breaking news across all digital touchpoints.
* Deliver on-camera content tailored to connected TV audiences, engaging viewers with clear, dynamic presentation suited for OTT platforms.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Journalism or a related field.
* Strong writing, grammar, and AP Style skills.
* Solid news judgment and understanding of journalistic ethics.
* Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
* On-camera experience in a broadcast or livestream news setting; able to ad-lib and engage with a digital audience across multiple platforms including connected TV.
* Capable of gathering information and conducting interviews when necessary; conduct online research.
* Proficiency with CMS platforms, social media tools, and digital analytics.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
