Job description

Behavior Technician (BT)

At Little Stars Therapy Services, we believe every child deserves the chance to shine.
We're on a mission to create joyful, meaningful learning experiences for children with autism and related developmental differences - and we're looking for compassionate, curious, and purpose-driven individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians.

ย Who We Are

We're not just a clinic, we're a community guided by values we live out every single day.
At Little Stars, we do the right thing (even when it's hard), lead with kindness, own our mistakes, and celebrate each other's wins. Our culture is built on courage, connection, and joy because changing lives takes more than clinical skill; it takes heart.

We're guided by The LSTS Creed, which shapes how we show up for our clients, our teammates, and ourselves:

ย The LSTS Creed

The words we live by. The standard we uphold. The culture we build.

โ€ข Do the right thing, even when it's hard, messy, or unnoticed.
โ€ข Be kind. Be human. Be real.
โ€ข Hard conversations are how we grow.
โ€ข Own your mistakes. Then fix the system.
โ€ข Actions speak louder. So speak less. Do more.
โ€ข Results matter. Effort matters more.
โ€ข Your word is your bond.
โ€ข Bring your whole self.
โ€ข A playful spirit powers our impact.
โ€ข We are here to change lives, and that includes our own.

If this resonates with you, you'll fit right in here.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting children through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You'll work 1:1 with clients, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Autism Specialist (AS), helping each child build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive clinic environment

  • Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by clinical supervisors

  • Collecting and recording data in real time

  • Collaborating with a team of passionate clinicians and leaders

  • Celebrating every milestone, no matter how small

ย What We're Looking For
  • A genuine love for working with children and families

  • A team player with strong communication skills

  • Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn

  • 40-hour RBT Training (must be completed prior to starting)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields a plus!)

  • At least 1 year experience working with children; autism or special needs preferred
  • Prior ABA experience is highly preferred - we provide hands-on training.

ย Why You'll Love Working Here
  • A values-driven, inclusive workplace where your impact matters

  • Supportive leadership who invests in your growth and professional development

  • Paid training, supervision, and opportunities to grow within the ABA field

  • A team that celebrates wins together and supports one another through challenges

  • A culture that believes joy fuels impact - and we live that out every day.

At Little Stars, our Creed isn't wallpaper. It's the heartbeat of our team.

ย Ready to Grow With Us?

If you're looking for more than just a job, if you want to be part of a purpose-driven team that changes lives - we'd love to meet you. Apply today and help our little stars shine bright.
