Job Summary: Join the Lil' Kickers family and become a superstar Coach! Using our age-appropriate, curated curriculum, you'll lead fun, structured classes for kids aged 18 months to 6 years old. Think games, activities, and lots of laughter-all while helping little ones develop and grow in a safe and creative space.
Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Bring your A-game with a big smile and positive vibes every time you clock in.
• Be a superhero for safety, making sure our little players have a safe learning environment.
• Dive into Lil' Kickers initiatives and bring your own creative flair to the field while following our super-fun lesson plans.
• Build awesome relationships with our players and their families-they'll love you!

Qualifications:

• We're looking for team players who are reliable, creative, and passionate about making a difference.
• No coaching experience? No problem! We'll train you to become a Lil' Kickers legend.
• We need lively individuals to spark our weekend morning classes! Shifts are also available on weekdays.

Lil' Kickers is a nationwide soccer program rooted in child development theory for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old. Weekly classes are packed with fun and taught by dynamic coaches with a passion for kids. We focus on helping children build strong physical, intellectual and emotional skills using the game of soccer. With more than 100 locations across the U.S. and Canada, Lil' Kickers has been a source of fun and individual growth for more than 1,000,000 participants over the past 20 years.
