Lead Infant Teacher

Little Bear Learning Center – Waterford, WI

We’re looking for a Lead Infant Teacher who understands that the infant room is built on trust, consistency, and meaningful relationships. This is a leadership role for someone who loves nurturing the youngest learners while supporting a strong, collaborative classroom environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage an infant classroom with confidence and care

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment

  • Build strong relationships with families through daily communication

  • Follow state licensing and center policies with professionalism

  • Support assistants and model best practices in infant care

  • Track developmental milestones and daily needs (feeding, sleep, routines)

What We’re Looking For
  • Lead-qualified Infant Teacher (Wisconsin Registry preferred)

  • Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting
