In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, expanding our presence in the Marine industry, and leading a high-performing sales team.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience building long-term partnerships within the Marine industry. Knowledge of lithium battery products is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships within the Marine industry.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Educate customers and distributors on the features and benefits of RoyPow's lithium battery solutions.
  • Collaborate with HQ marketing, product management, and technical support teams to drive sales initiatives.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote RoyPow products and strengthen business relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the Marine, battery, renewable energy, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English.
