THE POSITION We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager 3B to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store at Woodcutter Street in Exton. Why Join Us. As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the store while leading and developing a dedicated team. DESCRIPTION OF WORK This role oversees store performance and ensures high standards in daily operations, customer service, and team development. As a General Manager 3B, you will perform the following duties: Store Leadership: Lead and direct store operations to maintain strong performance and excellent service Team Oversight: Motivate staff, monitor work quality, and provide guidance and training Sales Support: Drive sales efforts by handling inventory tasks and assisting customers with product selection Store Conditions: Keep the store clean, organized, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, monitor placement, and ensure proper product display Cash and Compliance: Handle cash operations, maintain accurate records, and follow laws and policies related to alcohol sales If you are ready to take your career to the next level and make a real impact, we encourage you to apply today.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Free - Secure - Onsite Parking Full-time employment Work hours will vary, totaling 75 hours biweekly. Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. Salary: The starting salary for this position for new Commonwealth employees may be negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Liquor Store General Manager 3A (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Two years as a Liquor Store General Manager 2B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Three years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Four years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Six years of supervisory retail sales work.

Legal Requirements: You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
