Job description

The Operations Associate plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across all channels of the business. Associates support walk-in customers, fulfill online orders, prepare delivery and shipping orders, maintain store presentation, and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a high-performing retail team.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Help customers locate products and make recommendations.

  • Build customer loyalty through exceptional service.

  • Support checkout operations and customer transactions.

  • Create positive experiences that encourage repeat business.

Order Fulfillment
  • Pick and prepare online pickup orders.

  • Assemble local delivery orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Prepare shipping orders according to company standards.

  • Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.

  • Communicate order issues promptly to leadership.

Store Operations
  • Stock shelves and maintain product presentation.
