Job description

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to engage customers and promote our products through on-premise and occasional off-premise sampling events. This role requires strong people skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to create an exciting and memorable customer experience while driving product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, approachable manner

  • Educate consumers about products and encourage purchases

  • Suggest items and assist customers in locating products

  • Conduct sampling events in compliance with local liquor commission regulations, including proper ID checks (21+)

  • Submit a Google Form recap following each event and provide feedback to management

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to generate excitement

  • Reliable transportation

  • Availability for late afternoons and weekend shifts

  • Punctual and dependable (arrive at least 15 minutes prior to each event and check in with manager)

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs
