Part-Time Retail Associate

As a Part-Time Associate, you play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. You’ll assist guests with product selection, process sales, maintain store standards, and support daily store operations all while delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking every customer
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently assist with selections and recommendations
  • Support sales through featured promotions and initiatives
  • Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions
  • Stock shelves, receive and organize inventory, and assist with merchandising
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance
  • Follow all safety, operational, and loss-prevention procedures at all times
Job Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, count, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic understanding of customer service and sales principles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to learn and efficiently operate a POS system
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to bend, stoop, grasp, and perform repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
