In this role, you'll help support and enhance the firm's enterprise risk management program by partnering with business leaders to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate key risks across the organization. You'll also play an important role in developing reporting, improving processes, and helping drive technology-enabled solutions that strengthen the firm's overall risk framework.

What You'll Do

  • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the enterprise risk management framework.

  • Partner with investment, operations, and corporate teams to identify, assess, and monitor key enterprise risks.

  • Analyze and report on counterparty, credit, market, liquidity, and operational risk metrics.

  • Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies and response plans for key business risks.

  • Help automate manual processes by developing reporting tools and improving workflows.

  • Review internal and external risk events, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Maintain enterprise risk data, dashboards, and reporting used by senior leadership.

  • Prepare presentations and reporting materials for risk committees and executive stakeholders.

  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the Enterprise Risk Management function.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices to continuously improve the firm's risk program.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.

  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise risk management, investment management, banking, consulting, or financial services.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles and risk governance frameworks.

  • Knowledge of alternative investments and investment management business models.

  • Experience analyzing credit, counterparty, market, liquidity, and operational risks.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to senior leadership.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

  • Exposure to SQL or other data analysis tools.

  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide risk reporting, governance, or strategic initiatives within asset management or financial services.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Join a highly respected global investment management firm with a collaborative and innovative culture.

  • Work alongside experienced professionals across investments, operations, and corporate functions.

  • Gain broad exposure to enterprise risk management across a diversified alternative investment platform.

  • Help shape the future of the firm's risk framework through process improvements, analytics, and strategic initiatives.
