Job Summary:
Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking to build a Talent Community for future opportunities in Data Center Operations. The role involves supporting installs, troubleshooting, and maintaining servers while ensuring critical operations run smoothly in a tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support installs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, and cabling
• Use command-line tools on Linux and client-specific systems for diagnostics and management
• Provide first-level triage and support debugging IT hardware issues
• Manage server repair queue, execute hardware repairs, and supervise custom builds/reworks
• Coordinate with partner teams and support vendor visits on-site
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of experience in Linux system and network administration
• Knowledge of PC and server hardware
• Proficient with Linux command line and common UNIX tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to switch between technical and interpersonal tasks
