Basic Qualifications - Qualified candidate must be eligible to receive a DoD Final Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position, this requires US Citizenship - Knowledge of writing and executing software test procedures - Knowledge or experience with verification of test objectives - Must be able to work independently as well as part of a geographically distributed team Desired Skills - Experience authoring and executing test procedures - Experience with trouble shooting (defect identification, root cause analysis) - Knowledge of ground test design and data collection for a complex missile defense program - Experience with Linux/RedHat - Experience presenting test analysis or test procedures to customer/stakeholders - Experience with test case architecture - Knowledge of System Engineering for test campaign and test event design processes in support of system assessment - Understanding performance characterization of battle management and command and control functions - Knowledge of MDS kill chain including radar acquisition, tracking, and discrimination; battle manager engagement planning, warfighter interaction, and engagement coordination with other MDS systems; and interceptor acquisition, tracking, and discrimination Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
