MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team working in Silverdale, WA.  This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues

  • Modernize key infrastructure components

  • Monitor system performance and report on risks/issues

  • Research and recommend new approaches to improve the networked computer system

  • Provide technical support as needed

  • Document processes and procedures for customers to follow

  • Ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework standards

  • Travel up to 25%

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in technical field

  • 5+ years of System Administration or Engineering experience, including server-side technology and networked computing systems

  • Must possess one of the following certifications: Microsoft MCSE, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, and/or CompTIA Network+

  • Must have prior experience with SQL and database operations

  • Availability outside of standard working hours to resolve emergency issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS certification

  • Experience with AWS cloud migration

  • Skills collecting, organizing, and analyzing data

  • Experience with business process engineering

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $107,900.00-$179,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
