Booz Allen is the leading provider of AI services to the nation—we’re looking for a sof tware engineer like you to create artifi cia l intelligence and machine learning solutions that help solve the Army's toughest problems.

On our team, you’ll create and implement complete end-to-end solutions that modernize client systems. You’ll ensure that your team’s solutions consider the broader ecosystem and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements to the Army's ability to integrate its intelligence sources. Additionally, you’ll deepen your skill set in areas like artifi cia l intelligence, machine learning, and systems integration in a cloud environment.

With your motivation to establish processes and facilitate technological innovation, you’ll make a lasting impact on how the Army takes advantage of its intelligence sources.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience integrating complex sof tware solutions that leverage technologies, tools, and services, or installing and configuring sof tware solutions as a systems administratorfor secure DoW information management systems
  • 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Servicesusing Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • 3+ years of experience implementing and working with CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation
  • 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and integrating custom solutions into a larger collection of services and systems
  • Experience using version control tools such as GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket
  • Experience with systems administration using UNIX or Linux, including basic commands, and scripting,including Bash, Ansible, or YAML
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of hire date
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or Docker
  • Experience with Agile development techniques and ceremonies
  • Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to closely collaborate with a team of cloud architects and engineers

  • Bachelor's degree in a Data or IT related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
