JD:
- At least 3-5 years managing enterprise RedHat Unix/Linux solutions, preferably large scale
- Strong scripting skills(Shell, Python, etc.)
- Deep knowledge and experience supporting RHEL 8 & 9
- Proficient with LDAP configuration and management
- Experience with virtualization (vmware)
- Hands on experience with computer hardware maintenance
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Strong drive for continuous improvement
- In-depth knowledge of Redhat Kickstart and configuration management tools (puppet preferred)
- Proven skills in automating systems services and tasks to streamline service and ensure consistency
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex problems
- Experience supporting servers in the cloud preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal)
- Strong skills in decision-making, prioritization and negotiation
- Passion and accountability for the environment you will be responsible for
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
