Seeking an experienced Java Production Support L3 Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership experience to manage critical production incidents, ensure application stability, and lead a production support team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L3 support for Java applications and resolve P1/P2 incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
  • Lead and mentor L1/L2 support teams while managing incident escalations.
  • Monitor application performance and coordinate with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and participate in on-call support rotations.
