Qualifications

You Have:ย ย 

  • Experience updating, testing, and validating changes to systems
  • Experience with system security hardening and patching for Linux systems and workstations
  • Knowledge of System Administration interdependencies specific to RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 systems and administration of Linux-based workstations
  • Knowledge of GitLab and Ansible with experience building and modifying playbooks
  • Knowledge of RHEL subscription manager
  • Knowledge of PKI infrastructure
  • TS/SCI with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information technology, or engineering and 10+ years of experience with administration of Linux-based systems and workstation or a HS Diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with administration of Linux-based systems and workstation
  • DoD 8570-Compliant IAT Level II or III Certification, such as Security+ Certification

Nice If You Have:ย ย 

  • Experience creating Linux-based solutions for customer requirementsย 
  • Experience using health and status monitoring software, including Nagios
  • Experience supporting U.S. government customers, preferably within the U.S. Intelligence Communityย 
  • Experience with Linux scripting languagesย 
  • Knowledge of network concepts and switch/firewall configurationsย 
  • Master's degreeย 
  • RedHat Linux Certificationย 
  • DoD 8570-Compliant IAT Level II or III Certification, such as Security+ Certification
  • Willingness to travel 25-30%ย
