Job description

About the Role

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver looking to break into the world of technical consulting? We are seeking a high-energy Associate Technical Integration Consultant to join our team. This is an Entry-Level position designed for a sharp, curious engineer who is ready to accelerate their career by working on a wide variety of client projects.

In this role, you won’t be stuck in a single silo. You will work alongside senior consultants to design, build, and automate the "connective tissue" of enterprise systems. We are looking for a "technical polyglot" in the making—someone who is comfortable jumping between Linux, Python, and Cloud infrastructure to get the job done.

What You’ll Do

  • Support & Integrate: Assist in implementing integration solutions across disparate platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Learn Automation: Work with Ansible and other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools to help build scalable and repeatable deployment processes.
  • Cloud Foundations: Assist in deploying and managing services within AWS, following best practices for security and performance.
  • Develop & Communicate: Draft technical documentation and participate in client meetings to learn how to translate "tech-speak" into business value.
  • Rapid Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to research, learn, and apply new technologies on a weekly basis.

What You Bring (Entry-Level Requirements)

  • Technical Foundation: A degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent. Proficiency in at least one language like Python or Java is required.
  • Linux Curiosity: A baseline understanding of Linux/Unix environments. You should be comfortable with the command line and basic shell scripting.
  • Exposure to Automation: Familiarity with the concepts of automation (Ansible, Terraform, or CI/CD) and a strong desire to become an expert in these tools.
  • Cloud Awareness: Basic knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM) via labs, certifications (like AWS Cloud Practitioner), or personal projects.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must be able to explain your logic clearly and document your work accurately.
  • Growth Mindset: A "can-do" attitude and the ability to adapt quickly. You are someone who enjoys "the struggle" of solving a new problem and doesn't wait to be told what to do.

Bonus Points For:

  • Relevant internships or co-op experience in a technical role.
  • Personal GitHub projects showcasing automation or integration scripts.
  • Active AWS or Linux certifications.
