Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Digital Technology Analyst I to support the management, security, and optimization of the company’s digital systems and infrastructure.

This entry-level to early-career role is responsible for maintaining servers, databases, and cloud-based platforms while providing technical support to end users. The ideal candidate has foundational IT knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to system reliability and security.


Key Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Maintenance

  • Manage and maintain digital systems including:
    • Servers
    • Databases
    • Cloud-based platforms
  • Deploy and configure software applications and system updates.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure availability of digital assets.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect digital assets.
  • Monitor systems for potential security breaches.
  • Assist with user account management and access control.
  • Monitor software license usage and ensure compliance.

Backup & Data Management

  • Oversee data backup and recovery procedures.
