The selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, andimplementation of software solutions that support mission-critical defenseapplications. This position offers the opportunity to work alongsideexperienced engineers in a professional and technically focused environment.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelorof Science Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentengineering/technical degree with a concentration in computer science courses.
Experience: Atleast 0-2 years' experience and proven performance in software engineering,including problem analysis and resolution, requirements analysis anddefinition, design, code, and integration testing.
IdealSkills and Experience:
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship.
Location: Middletown, RI
Travel: Infrequently (<3 annually)
Clearance: Secret
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. - Participates in an Agile development process to produce reliable software solutions for mission critical systems.
- Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business and mission problems.
- Participates in one or all of the software disciplines available including UI, Infrastructure and back-end development.
- Interfaces with Management, Software Engineers, Systems Engineers and Test Engineers to generate thorough investigations and solutions to problems.
- Is self-motivated to explore solutions to software issues and can communicate them with the team.
Qualifications:
