As a CyberArk Engineer, you will be part of our Delivery Services Team, supporting the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for enterprise clients. You will play a critical role in securing privileged accounts, credentials, and sessions while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the CyberArk platform across hybrid, on-premises, and cloud environments.
Location: Downtown Dallas, Texas, USA (Hybrid- 3 to 4 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Contract, Immediate Start through March 2027
What You'll Do:
  • Design, implement, and support CyberArk PAM solutions for enterprise environments, including installation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
  • Manage and support CyberArk components such as Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and Disaster Recovery Vault.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to onboard privileged accounts, service accounts, and sensitive credentials.
  • Configure password management, session monitoring, privileged access controls, and account lifecycle processes.
  • Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SIEM, ITSM, and cloud platforms.
  • Perform upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, health checks, and ensure platform availability and security compliance.
  • Create technical documentation, SOPs, operational runbooks, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions

Who We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk Engineering and Privileged Access Management solutions.
  • Strong experience implementing and supporting CyberArk PAM components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PSMP.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into PAM solution designs and technical documentation.
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Windows, Linux/Unix, network security, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Experience onboarding privileged, service, and application accounts and managing credential lifecycle processes.
  • Hands-on experience integrating CyberArk solutions with MFA, SIEM, cloud platforms, and third-party security tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skill
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems while effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Previous consulting experience would be an asset.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • CyberArk certifications such as CDE, Defender, or Sentry.
  • Experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud, Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), or Secrets Management.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
