Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Engineer โ€“ SailPoint IdentityIQ (Agentic Identity) to join our dynamic team. In this senior technical role, you will lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions within a mature SailPoint IdentityIQ environment.

This position combines deep software engineering expertise with advanced IdentityIQ development experience to deliver secure, scalable, and automated identity services across the enterprise.

You will partner closely with Principal Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and Cybersecurity teams to establish technical direction, drive engineering excellence, and solve complex identity governance challenges.

While the primary focus is engineering and modernizing SailPoint IdentityIQ, you will also contribute to emerging initiatives involving AI-enabled automation and Agentic Identity capabilities.

Technical Leadership
  • Provide technical leadership for enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ initiatives and strategic identity governance programs.
  • Partner with senior engineering leaders and architects to define technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex identity solutions spanning multiple business units and technology platforms.
  • Mentor software engineers through technical coaching, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
  • Promote modern software engineering practices, automation, DevOps, and CI/CD adoption.
