Job description

The Digital Sales Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities and selling complex digital service packages to law firms. This role requires a blend of high-level sales expertise and technical fluency in digital marketing trends to consult potential clients on ROI-driven solutions. Core Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying and engaging potential law clients through cold outreach (email/calling), LinkedIn lead generation, and networking at industry events.

Consultative Selling: Conducting needs analyses to understand client goals (e.g., brand awareness, traffic, or lead gen) and presenting tailored marketing strategies featuring lead generation, public relations and digital marketing. Proposal Development: Crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations, cost estimates, and contracts that align with the client's budget and business objectives. Market & Competitor Research: Monitoring industry trends and competitor pricing to ensure the agency's offerings remain competitive and relevant in 2026

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong business relationships to ensure long-term client retention and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal strategy, design, and operations teams to ensure proposed campaigns are feasible and aligned with client expectations. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Understand digital channels including AI-driven marketing, SEO, programmatic advertising, and performance metrics (KPIs/ROI).

Data Literacy Advanced Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical marketing concepts to non-marketing stakeholders. Education: Typically a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, often coupled with 2+ years of agency-side sales experience.
