Job Description

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is remote, meaning it will be performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval.

This role is part of LinkedIn's broader effort to build and scale an in-house owned media agency, including the creation of tools that will significantly increase production speed and operational efficiency. As such, the position is structured as a 12-month contractor role. This role will be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

The Owned In-House Agency Team supports the LinkedIn Owned Media team, which leads channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. This team partners closely with Owned Media to bring campaigns to life at scale, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence across a complex portfolio. This includes driving execution of campaign builds, QA, and reporting insights based on the Owned Media team's strategy and priorities. This team also plays a key role in enabling efficiency and consistency through the use and enablement of technology, automation, and tooling -- delivering impact through execution, scalability, and continuous improvement within a high-performing marketing organization.

We are seeking a talented and results-driven LinkedIn Ads Activation Specialist to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our digital marketing group, you will be responsible for building, QA'ing, launching, and optimizing campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You will oversee strategies to maximize campaign performance and ensure our marketing initiatives drive engagement and growth.

If you are passionate about digital marketing and ready to take on the challenge of activating impactful campaigns, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role!
