We are seeking a Traveling Childcare Center Director to support our licensed childcare centers throughout Pennsylvania. This role will be based in the Harrisburg, PA area and is an exciting opportunity for a driven, adaptable leader who is passionate about early childhood education and comfortable stepping in to support multiple locations.

QualificationsTo be qualified for this position, we require:
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility
- Previous experience as a Center Director

ScheduleMonday – Friday
Flexible schedule based on the needs of the business
- Must be able to support day‑to‑day operations, emergent situations, and occasional evening/community events
- Expected to be on-site daily (generally arriving by 9:00am)
- Schedule approved by Regional Director
Travel RequirementThis position requires up to 85% travel between the following locations:
- Nature Nurture (Colonial, PA)
- Linglestown Early Learning (Harrisburg, PA)
- Discovery Junction (Campbelltown, PA)
- Wee Care Day School (East Petersburg, PA)
- Learning and Sharing (Cumberland, PA)
Compensation$50,000 – $55,000 annually, based on education and experience

Main Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across assigned centers
- Step in to stabilize, support, or lead centers based on business needs
- Partner with Recruiting to hire and onboard staff
- Drive enrollment through tours, marketing, and community engagement
- Execute marketing and engagement plans to support enrollment growth
- Build strong relationships with families and community partners
- Maintain compliance, reporting, and operational documentation
- Coach, develop, and support center staff and leadership
- Step into classrooms or roles as needed to support operations
