Job description

The Spa Locker Room Attendant greets each guest into the locker room and provides overview/orientation of the locker room, facilities and lounges. Adheres to and assists in training Forbes and Umstead service standards for new and current concierge.  

*Weekend Availability Needed*

*Pay range includes gratuities and / or service charges.*

  1. Welcome and greet each guest and issue robe, slippers, and a locker. Overview/orientation of facilities will be provided to first time visitors.
  2. Replenishes guest amenities, products, and towels when necessary.
  3. Maintains a presence in the spa facilities, acting as a liaison between service providers and guests.
  4. Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the spa and fitness center.
  5. Removes all used linen and organizes/stocks clean linen in the locker room and facilities area.
  6. Escorts guests to the proper lounge for their services. Check lounges and meditation courtyard frequently to respond to guest needs, ensuring a pleasant visit for each guest.
  7. Stays up-dated and becomes well-versed/trained in the latest developments pertinent to your department, the spa, and the hotel.
  8. Attends all departmental, spa and property meetings and training sessions.
  9. Must be able to push/pull 25 lbs.
  10. All other duties as assigned
  1. High school diploma or the equivalent required
  2. One year experience in the operation of the locker room and facilities area helpful
  3. First Aid and CPR training desired, but not necessary
