Class B CDL Driver - NOVO Health Services Laundry Facility

Novo Health Services is seeking a dependable, confident, and timely Class B CDL Driver to join our Atlanta Healthcare Laundry team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a professional presence while representing our company.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate a company truck to transport Novo Health Services products.
  • Complete scheduled deliveries on time while following designated routes.
  • Represent the company courteously and professionally.
  • Load trucks by pushing linen carts onto the appropriate vehicle.
  • Deliver and unload clean linen at hospital client locations.
  • Transport soiled linen back to the facility.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local DOT regulations.
  • Follow all OSHA safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate daily activities with Transportation, General Managers, and Team Leaders.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, including routine preventative maintenance and disinfecting after transporting soiled linen.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in additional duties as needed.
  • Participate in the DOT Random Drug Testing Program.

Job Requirements

  • Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain any additional licenses or pass regulatory-required testing.
  • Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record.
  • Ability to push and pull loaded hospital linen carts weighing up to 500 lbs on and off the truck and into designated hospital areas.
  • Strong, professional communication skills when interacting with clients.
  • Ability to maintain accurate driving and delivery logs.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Ability to read and follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
