What you will do in this role:

  • Set up and operate CNC Multi-Cam router machine to produce parts.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions, tolerances, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
  • Monitor machine operations to uphold high-quality production standards and execute adjustments as required.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on finished workpieces to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the team to resolve production issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, taking safety precautions to reduce the risk of injury.
  • Maintain a clean work area and ensure the safe operation of equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
  • Assist in production tasks as required.
  • Work collaboratively with others, fostering a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm - 1:30am

Pay: $17.50 per hour, plus differential pay


Physical Requirements:

Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes by means of self-propulsion, including steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and with good behavior. Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performing in this role will require the use of hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls. Performance requires the frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employees will need to be able to read, write, and understand the basics of the English language. Employees may have to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 45 pounds assisted or if capable.
