Milling Machine Operator (CDL Required)$45–$55/Hour | Southeast Wisconsin | Confidential Employer

If you're an experienced Milling Machine Operator, you know there are two kinds of paving companies...

We're recruiting on behalf of one of Southeast Wisconsin's premier commercial paving contractors that's looking for an experienced Milling Machine Operator with a CDL to join its growing team.

This isn't an entry-level position.

We're looking for someone who already knows how to run a mill, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to work with a crew that values safety, accountability, and craftsmanship.


What You'll Be Doing

You'll operate milling equipment on commercial paving projects throughout Southeast Wisconsin, removing asphalt surfaces in preparation for new pavement while working alongside experienced crews committed to quality.

You'll also utilize your CDL to transport equipment and materials as needed in support of field operations.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

CDL Required

Commercial milling experience

Experience operating asphalt milling machines

5+ years of heavy equipment or paving experience preferred

Schedule
