This full-time, temp-to-hire Machine Operator opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical, hands-on work, operating production equipment, and being part of a company that values consistency, safety, and long-term growth.
 
You’ll be working in a clean, organized production environment with clear processes, training, and advancement opportunities. 
 
Machine Operator Duties:
  • Operate industrial mixers used in food production
  • Load and dump ingredients into mixers (buckets up to 50 lbs)
  • Follow written and verbal instructions, recipes, and batch sheets
  • Monitor mixing cycles and adjust settings to ensure quality and consistency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
 
Schedule: Grave shift, 11pm–7:15am, must be open to weekends 
 
Pay: $21.35
 
Machine Operator Job Requirements:
  • At least 6months prior experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift
  • Comfortable with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, formulas, and recipes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
