Our Green Bay team is growing, and we're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join us as Extrusion Machine Operators.

The Opportunity

As an Extrusion Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality plastic products used in outdoor living applications. You'll operate extrusion equipment, monitor production processes, make adjustments to maintain product quality, and work closely with your teammates to meet production goals.

No extrusion experience? No problem—we will train you!

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a team-oriented mindset who is eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to producing quality products.
  • Ability to meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

We Will Train You

Experience specifically operating extrusion equipment is not required. RPI will provide training to help qualified team members learn our equipment, processes, safety requirements, and quality standards.

  • Work in a fast-paced production environment.
