Job description

THK Manufacturing of America, Inc., a premier manufacturer of linear motion guides is looking to grow its production team by hiring Machine Operators at our facility in Hebron, OH. This position at THK is responsible for assigned specialty machines to produce THK’s high quality precision products.
Scope of Job:
This may include machine setup and adjustments, operation, troubleshooting, changeovers, daily maintenance and inspection. Main machines include saw, milling machine, machining center, heat treatment machines, specialized hole drilling machines, straighteners, grinders, and cutting machines.
2nd Shift - 3p-11pm
Responsibilities include:
  • Loading component parts into the automated machines for various machining processes
  • Cutting, grinding, milling, gauging, and inspecting parts.
The ideal candidate holds the following qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
