Kleen Test Products (KTP), a leading contract manufacturer of household and personal care items-is hiring manufacturing Machine Operators. If you're looking for stability, growth, and a team that values your contributions, this is the opportunity for you!
Currently Available Shift - 10 hours
  • B Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM
  • This position will train on A shift - Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM for a month

What You'll Do as a Machine Operator
  • Perform coating machine operation, along with the ability to make batches for the coater while maintaining continuous machine operation without interruptions.
  • Complete cleaning/sanitization of coating machines according to established guidelines.
  • Proficient in routine troubleshooting of above listed machine(s) while maintaining the quality product and reducing waste. May be required to make adjustments to machines and material on machines to ensure the proper function of machine.
  • Complete quality checks utilizing a ruler or scale. Make necessary adjustments (i.e., weights and dimensions) to ensure quality of product. Document results accurately and completely.
  • Complete set-up or changeover of machines to include loading with components, solution, and packaging materials.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized production line and work area.
  • Assist with waste removal from line and/or plant.
  • Observe all safety and quality procedures while completing required duties.
  • Process all required paperwork accurately and timely.
