Machine Operator – Manufacturing
 
Location: Miami, FL
 
 A well-established and stable manufacturing company is seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional environment that offers long-term stability, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth.
 
We are looking for candidates who are dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Spanish-only candidates are welcome; however, fluency in Spanish is required.
  
Schedule:
Rotating shifts required:
 
 
One week: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Following week: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
 
 
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery
Feed materials into machines and ensure smooth production flow
Perform routine quality checks and inspections
Make minor machine adjustments when necessary
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Report equipment or mechanical issues to maintenance staff
Follow all company safety and production procedures
 
 
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Must be fluent in Spanish
