PURALIMA Cantinais seeking a talented Service Crew member to add to our team for the first ever PURALIMA Cantina restaurant!

Food that can turn a bad day into a good one and make a good day that much better. This is where our Service Crew comes in. You are the face of our brand and the glue that keeps our team whole.


The Role:

As part of the Service Crew, you are the face of our brand and embody what it means to bring world class hospitality. In this role you will be responsible for engaging with our guests to ensure that all of the in-store processes are running seamlessly. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is an integral part to our continued success.


What You'll Do:

  • Work with your team to deliver an exceptional experience for not only our guests, but our community in both the Service Line and through our Online Ordering platform
  • Utilize training & tools to keep your station clean, crisp, and tidy while following and adhering to our Food Safety standard and procedures
  • Let your personality shine through collaboration with teammates and interactions with our guests.
  • Understand our menu (including dietary restrictions), common ingredients, and ability to describe flavor profile
  • Become a master at creating tacos, burritos, and bowls while maintaining PURALIMA quality standards, cleanliness, and safety guidelines
  • Be Present - bringing a hospitable, world class experience to our team and guests starts with being on-time, every time for your shifts


Job Requirements:

Minimum:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
