About the Job
We're hiring a Parking Lot Line Painter / Asphalt Maintenance Crew Member to join our growing EverLine team. This is an entry-level, full-time seasonal position, with strong performers having the opportunity for long-term employment year after year.
This is hands-on, outdoor work where you'll help paint parking lot lines, repair asphalt, and keep properties looking sharp. If you like working with your hands, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day-this job is for you.
This is a chance to get in early and help build a growing EverLine franchise from the ground up.
What You'll Do
  • Paint parking lot lines using striping machines
  • Fill cracks and seal asphalt
  • Power wash and sweep parking lots
  • Use basic tools and small equipment
  • Work outside on different job sites around the city
  • Follow safety rules and keep the job site clean
  • Check in daily with your Crew Lead and Operations Manager

(We plan our jobs, run clean sites, and take safety seriously. We also train you-no one is expected to know everything on day one.)
What We're Looking For
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to show up on time and ready to work
  • Comfortable working outside in a physical job
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, walk, and stand for long periods
  • Able to work independently when needed
  • Takes pride in doing quality work

Nice to have (but not required):
  • Experience with paint sprayers or small engines
  • Construction, landscaping, or maintenance experience

(If you don't have these, don't worry-we'll train the right person.)
